The Span Suite sits on the first floor with a bedroom and a large living room with a dining space. It is equipped with 55" LED TV and balconies overlooking the Walnut Garden.

This spacious guest room features a King- Size Bed, all the comfort and in-room facilities to your expectations. Each room has it's own private sit out area / patio. Premier Rooms are located close to National Highway. 

The Regal Suite is the final word in luxury and the ultimate in self-indulgence. Fit for royalty, every inch of this vast suite is designed with your utmost comfort in mind. The Regal Suite offers an immaculately appointed and spacious master bedroom, a luxurious and even larger living room offering an ensuite dining facility along with a bar, an adjoining second guest bedroom, a kitchenette, and a powder room. For relaxation, the Suite offers a private garden, overlooking our Walnut Garden located along the river.

The Director’s Bungalow is a double-story cottage consisting of 4 spacious double bedrooms, a Living room, and a dining area. The Director’s Bungalow has a fully equipped and functional kitchen. In addition to the above, The Director’s Bungalow has its own private patio and beautifully manicured garden with a separate exclusive entrance gate and car park, which can accommodate up to three cars.  

Exclusively designed by the famous celebrity designer Sussanne Khan, this cottage style guest room features a King- Size Bed, all the comfort and in-room facilities to your expectations. Each room has it's own private sit out area / patio, along with a stunning view of river Beas. This room is river adjacent.
