The Director’s Bungalow is a double-story cottage consisting of 4 spacious double bedrooms, a Living room, and a dining area. The Director’s Bungalow has a fully equipped and functional kitchen. In addition to the above, The Director’s Bungalow has its own private patio and beautifully manicured garden with a separate exclusive entrance gate and car park, which can accommodate up to three cars.  

The Regal Suite is the final word in luxury and the ultimate in self-indulgence. Fit for royalty, every inch of this vast suite is designed with your utmost comfort in mind. The Regal Suite offers an immaculately appointed and spacious bedroom, a luxurious and even larger living room offering an ensuite dining facility along with a bar, a kitchenette, and a powder room. For relaxation, the Suite offers a private garden, overlooking our Walnut Garden located along the river.

Our Newly launched, The Residence Junior Suite are situated in a secluded & exclusive corner of the resort property. Comprising of it's own private garden overlooking the Beas river. With it's very own river deck, recreational room and a huge common sit out living space, makes it the first choice of all well known celebrities.

Once the owner's residence has now been converted into The Walnut Suite. It's traditional yet contemporary where there is no compromise on utmost luxury. The Walnut Suite sits on the first floor with a bedroom and a large living room with a dining space. It is quipped with a 42" LED TV and balconies overlooking the Walnut Garden.

Exclusively designed by the famous celebrity designer Sussanne Khan, this cottage style guest room features a King- Size Bed, all the comfort and in-room facilities to your expectations. Each room has it's own private sit out area / patio, along with a stunning view of river Beas. This room is river adjacent.
